Dean’s Appliance Repairs provides in-home repair of domestic appliances including washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, ovens, hobs and cookers across Worcestershire, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwickshire, South Leicestershire, South Derbyshire and surrounding areas.
Our fixed labour rates are £95 for freestanding washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers 600mm or narrower and built-in single ovens; £105 for built-in washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and double ovens; and £119 for cookers wider than 600mm (range cookers). All prices include VAT. Any additional parts required will be quoted clearly before fitting.
We operate on a No Fix, No Fee basis: if we are unable to repair your appliance, you will not be charged. You only pay when the repair is completed successfully.
All repairs and parts fitted are covered by a 12-month guarantee. If the same fault returns within 12 months of the repair, we will return to put it right at no additional cost. The guarantee covers the specific repair carried out and does not cover new or unrelated faults.
Payment is due on completion of the repair. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless and card payments, cash and BACS bank transfer.
We aim to offer same-day or next-day appointments, 7 days a week, between 08:00 and 21:00. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
